1. Acceptance

By using VOCO Invites (voco.rsvp), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please stop using the service.

2. Service description

VOCO Invites is a platform for creating and managing digital invitations, including RSVP tracking and email notifications.

3. Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not use the service for unlawful activities.

4. Payments

• Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable after invitation publication.
• Archived invitations are permanently deleted 5 months after the wedding date.

5. Intellectual property

All templates, designs, and software are owned by VOCO Invites / SECRYPT, obrt za računalno programiranje i savjetovanje. Copying or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

VOCO Invites is not liable for indirect damages or data loss beyond our reasonable control. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Zagreb courts.
